-PHOTOGRAPHS MUST BE 5" x 7" OR LARGER! (NO POLAROIDS!)
-SPONSOR LOGOS AND NUMBERS SUPPLIED ON DISK OR VIA EMAIL
-ELECTRONIC FILES MUST BE 600dpi AND AT SIZE
3. DEPOSIT OF $500 REQUIRED
4. Quantity, size, type of shirts (t-shirts/sweatshirts).

EXPECT FROM SCREEN WORKS
1. A call upon receipt of your order.
2. Tax and company check forms.
3. Color artwork proofs (2-3 weeks).
-Separations and production after signed approval is returned.
4. FAST TURN-AROUND TIME!
-Inital order: 3 weeks (including artwork generation).
-Re-order: 1-2 weeks

1. Includes blackline drawing, final color image, separations, film positives, and screen charges
2. Add $50 per additional car
- NO set-up charge with orders over 144 pcs.
TERMS
1. $500 Deposit when placing order. Balance due upon delivery.
- Visa, MasterCard, Cash, or cashier's check ONLY.
- C.O.D. charges may be avoided by paying in advance.
2. For C.O.D. shipments, company checks must be PRE-APPROVED by Screen Works, Inc.
3. RETURNED CHECKS SUBJECT TO A $25 FEE
